When people first hear the word "Sinar" they either know exactly what it is, or they ask for an explanation for what it is. The word "Sinar" is Hebrew for "Apron" because of it's apron-like shape. It gets placed on the head very easily and ties in the back with the two tails that are attached.
The one's we carry are very special because they are handmade in Israel by an extremely talented designer who specializes in detailed designs. Sinars are very comfortable, easy to wear, and can be worn with or without a shaper underneath.
If you're looking for a prettier piece to add to your collection, but our turban/fancy sets aren't exactly your thing, then I would recommend the sinars for this exact reason. They are an understated classic and elegant style.
