GENERAL

Do you have a store?

YES! Our physical store is open by appointment only. Please email Info@TheLittleTichelLady.com to set up an appointment to come in.

Items in the store reflect what's available online, with the exception of items that get returned to the shop (so you never know what you may find if you show up!).

Do you have a contact number?

If you are having a difficult time finding the answer to your question on our website, please e-mail us at Info@TheLittleTichelLady.com  You will get a personal response within 1-2 business days, and likely even sooner.

The item that I want is sold out, will you restock?

We do our best to restock our most popular items that sell out. However, depending on the designer and if the item is a special order, we may not always be able to restock everything. Please sign up for our "Email me when it's back" on the product page that you’re interested in and you will automatically receive an email notification if we are able to restock that specific item.

If you don’t have time to wait for the item to come back in stock, please email us at Info@TheLittleTichelLady.com. with the item that you wanted and we will do our best to recommend an alternative product.

Do you sell gift cards?

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via paypal, credit cards and gift cards!

How can I cancel my order?

We strive to get your orders out as soon as possible. Please email us at Info@TheLittleTichelLady.com. with your order number as soon as you're able to and we will cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. 

I didn’t receive my order yet, what should I do?

A number of factors can sometimes delay an order from arriving in a timely manner. For domestic/international orders, please check your tracking updates with the shipping carrier. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days, please email us at Info@thelittletichellady.com with your order number and tracking number.

How accurate are the colors on your website?

We try our best to take photographs of our products to show what they look like in real life. However, since every screen is calibrated/lit differently, there may be discrepancies with what you see online and what you will receive in your order. If you receive an item that is different then what you had in mind, please feel free to send it back to us as a return (please see our Returns Center). If you feel there is a product photo in serious need of updating, please Contact Us.

I ordered an item and then I received an email stating that the item is out of stock, why?

Since we have a physical store in addition to our online store, items that sell in store can take up to 24 hours to update in our system. If what you ordered is out of stock, we will send an email asking if you'd like a refund or something else instead.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

The Little Tichel Lady is happy to issue returns on merchandise that are new, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached (when applicable). In order to receive a refund in the form that you paid, please send the item back within 15 days of receiving your package. There will be no refunds issued for items sent back after 15 days. Please make sure to wait for an approval BEFORE sending back the items.  We advise having the package scanned at the post office (or any other shipping carrier) so we can see the first scan and know that the package was returned within the allotted time frame.

How do I make a return?

Can you send me a return label?

Yes, of course we can! The cost of the label will be deducted from the total refund. Visit our Return Center for full instructions.

We are unable to supply return labels for international orders. Please visit our Return Center to process your return and we will provide you with complete shipping instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?

We are unable to offer exchanges at this moment in time.

How will I be refunded?

Your returned item(s) will be refunded the same method of payment if it's sent back within 15 days of receipt of the package. 

If I am in LA can I drop off my return?

Yes, you may. Please email us to set up a time.

How long does it take to process refunds?

You will receive a refund, along with an email confirmation, within 5 -10 business days of us receiving your package. Please note, your bank could take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect the credit.

What should I do if I received a damaged item/something different from what I ordered?

If you receive an item that is damaged or is different from what you ordered, we ask that you kindly report it to info@thelittletichellady.com within 1 week of its delivery date. Please, also include your order number and photos of the damaged/different item for our records.

 

 

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the Domestic U.S. starts from $5 and depends on the weight of your package. Packages weighing under 1 lb are $5-6 while packages that weigh over 1 lb will ship priority mail. 

When you're ready to checkout, you will see a number of shipping options available to you. Please, choose the one that best suits your needs.

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Transit time within the Domestic U.S. is typically 3-5 business days, assuming there are no weather related delays or the like. We do not ship on Saturday's (Sabbath) or on Jewish Holiday's. 

Will my package be insured?

Customers are welcome to use whichever method of shipping they prefer. Insurance is suggested, but not mandatory. We advise insuring your package as The Little Tichel Lady is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Priority Mail packages are insured up to $50.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Do you ship international and how much is it?

Yes, we ship all over the world! We charge you what we are charged, so the shipping cost is determined by the weight of the package. Generally speaking, shipping can range between $10-30 (but can cost more if it is a heavier package). A couple lightweight items or one heavier item would be $10 and the cost goes up from there. Feel free to add the items to your cart and start the checkout process to get an idea of what the shipping cost would be. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may incur taxes/customs fees which the Little Tichel Lady has no control over and is the responsibility of the customer.

Who do you ship with?

We use the USPS and UPS for all of our domestic and international orders.

Please double (and triple!) check your address. We are unable to verify international addresses for accuracy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most of our packages reach their international destinations in as little as a few days, but it could take up to 2 weeks, and in RARE cases even longer. Unfortunately, a number of things affect our international clients such as the customs department. This is something that even affects us when we are waiting for our shipments to arrive so we totally know how it feels to have to sit and wait ☹
