This dress runs true to size, please check the size chart below. The length is approximately 41-43 inches  

Bust measurement is taken from 1 inch below the arm hole. 

The first measurement in the range is when the dress is on a flat surface and the second measurement is what the dress comfortably stretches to. For reference, I'm wearing a Large and my measurements are 45/39/47.
