This vintage Burberry silk scarf dates back to the 90's. The ribbon at the bottom reads "BURBERRYS" with an "S". Burberry officially dropped the "s" from their name in 1999, which authenticates this piece as a pre-2000s true vintage item. The middle graphic showcases Burberry's signature Equestrian Knight Design (EKD) riding horseman on a shield. This emblem is flanked by two majestic, gilded heraldic lions holding up the coat of arms, topped with wings and a royal crown. The central crest is framed by an elaborate, dense floral print featuring pink chrysanthemums, peonies, and white lilies set against a deep burgundy background.

These scarves are previously owned / vintage. Some are in excellent condition, while others may show gentle signs of wear consistent with age.

Please note that, as with all vintage items, it’s possible that a minor imperfection may not be captured in photos. We took this scarf to the dry cleaners, there are less than a handful of small faint imperfections.

Care Instructions: We do not recommend hand washing designer silk scarves, as colors may bleed. If cleaning is necessary, professional dry cleaning is best — though even then, it should be done sparingly, as the delicate hand-rolled hems may loosen with repeated cleaning.
