Please view the attached photos to see how to measure your head. You'll want to measure your size according to what you'll be wearing underneath the hat ie; a tichel, a velvet headband, a shaper, etc... My head circumference with my tichel on underneath is 22.5 measured the traditional way. I was recommended to get the Large for my head circumference because it's adjustable from the inside, but if you're looking for a more snug fit, you could size down.
