If you tend to shy away from flarey types of skirts, I understand you completely, I feel they aren't the most flattering type of style for me... UNTIL I tried this one! Yes, it completely caught me off guard. I try everything on so I can give feedback of what the items are like on the body and imagine my surprise when I decided that this skirt would join my wardrobe! The ponte fabric is both stretchy and sturdy at the same time, it isn't very thin so it doesn't show every bump underneath, but it still feels very comfortable when you have it on. The waist band is stretchy as well so you can decide where you'd like for it to be placed. The skirt has 3 tiers, and while it is flared, I find that the weight of the fabric keeps the tiers more in place which makes it very flattering on the body. You can wear tops that are tucked in or out, I wore one of our Jade tops tucked in with a little bit hanging out over the waist band.

If you have been wanting a skirt in this style, but find that they don't work great on your body type, give this one a try, you may be surprised, too!
