The sleeves are long and can be opened via the 2 buttons then rolled up if you like that look. The fabric is extremely lightweight and airy, it barely feels like you have anything on. It comes with a self-tying belt, but you can totally wear it as a relaxed shirt dress style. It has a nice satin-like look and feel, but it isn’t too shiny or thick.
