It's not very often that I come across burnout velvet fabrics and when I do I know I have to have it! This piece is a velvet burnout print which means that it's not completely velvet, it has a lighter weight mesh-type of fabric that's part of it which adds to the overall design. Yes, it's also extremely stretchy. The wrap is  very soft and the print has a slight sheen to it. It's not the standard type of velvet that is thicker, this one is definitely more thin, lightweight and easy to wrap with.
